About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join a high-performing manufacturing team in Hayward, CA. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with small, complex mechanical and electronic components where precision, cleanliness, and quality matter. Key Responsibilities- Assemble small, intricate mechanical and electronic components with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain strict cleanliness standards, ensuring PCBs remain free of dust and contaminants
- Accurately document work, test results, and rework using Microsoft Excel and other tracking tools
- Collaborate closely with team members, technicians, and engineers to support production goals
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations and production areas
- Perform functional testing using specialized fixtures and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and rework electronic or complex mechanical assemblies as needed
- Communicate ideas, improvements, and challenges effectively to cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting
- Soldering experience (through-hole and/or SMT preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Logistics & Compensation- Shift: Day Shift
- Pay: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50/hr.
