Job Title: Sheet Metal Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team to repair and perform modifications on UH-60 helicopters. The successful candidate will have the ability to fabricate parts to print while maintaining close tolerances. Additionally, you will be responsible for the fabrication and/or modification of related sheet metal and structural parts and components. A strong understanding of reading and interpreting aircraft blueprints, drawings, diagrams, and manuals is essential.
Responsibilities
- Repair and perform modifications on UH-60 helicopters.
- Fabricate parts to print while maintaining close tolerances.
- Fabricate and/or modify related sheet metal and structural parts and components.
- Read and interpret aircraft blueprints, drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
Essential Skills- 5+ years of structural repair and modifications experience on aircraft.
- Experience in any aircraft platform.
- Military experience.
- Ability to secure and maintain a secret clearance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Tools etched and shadowed.
- No specific license required.

Work Environment
Work in a hanger with a requirement to wear a T-Shirt, work pants, and steel toe boots. The hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakehurst, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
