Skills You Bring To this Role
· Bachelor’s degree in technical or science discipline.
o Advanced degrees and certification in Aviation Safety and Data Analysis will be considered as additional experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management with the ability to create dashboards and charts using tools like Power BI or Excel. Experience with statistical methods (regression, correlation, trend analysis) is a plus.
· 3 years experience with safety analytics, preferably in aviation safety.
· Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset.
· Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, Flight Safety team members, and enterprise leaders at all levels. Skilled in delivering clear and concise briefings to senior leadership and regulatory authorities
